Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Big Balls Bets website and services (the "Service") operated by Big Balls Bets ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Big Balls Bets is a sports intelligence platform. We aggregate, analyze, and present information about sports events, betting markets, statistics, trends, and player performance. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

The Service is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for the purpose of gambling, or facilitate any monetary transactions tied to the outcome of sporting events. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a guarantee of any particular outcome, return, or profit.

2. No wagering on the platform

You may not use the Service to place, broker, or settle wagers. Any links to third-party sportsbooks are provided for informational purposes only and your use of those sites is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of any third-party site.

You are responsible for ensuring that any sports-related activity you engage in away from the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 19 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bigballsbets.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some features of the Service are gated behind a paid subscription. Plans, pricing, and feature inclusions are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) via Stripe.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will occur. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Free tier. We may offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security controls;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Service except via interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, copy, models, and curated insights — is owned by Big Balls Bets or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Sports data, team names, league names, and player names displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair-use, factual reporting, or license arrangements.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. SPORTS DATA, ODDS, PREDICTIONS, AND INSIGHTS ARE PROVIDED ON A BEST-EFFORT BASIS AND MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR DELAYS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG BALLS BETS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING DAMAGES OR LOSSES TIED TO BETTING OR GAMBLING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Service, other users, or us. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page or by writing to support@bigballsbets.com.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service that is not resolved by good-faith discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-product banner. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
